1. Developed with a love for the game the Triangle Area Flag Football League is open to men 18 years of age and older who wish to participate in an organized, competitive, yet friendly football setting.

Games will be held on Sundays at Biltmore Hill Community Park, 2615 Fitzgerald Drive, Raleigh 27610.   A typical Sunday will consist of an average of four or more games (number of registered teams dependent)*. Game days usually run between 9am-2pm.  Your team’s game time may rotate week to week. Team rosters will be a minimum of 6 players, and a maximum of 14 players.

2. Contact in TAFFL. Football means that you can expect to get blocked, pushed, flag-guarded, etc.  However, there is NO TACKLING allowed.  In many Flag Football Leagues, blocking is restricted to what is called "Screen-Blocking", in which a player is not allowed to block with the hands, only the "body".

3.  You must be 18 years of age or older to participate in TAFFL (Male).  18 years of age or older to participate in TAFFL Coed and 8 years of age and older to participate in TAFFL Youth.

4.  Registration to participate in the TAFFL is $65.00 per person.  Your league fees will go towards required insurance (Liability - NOT health or injury), field reservations, incidentals, and other administrative costs to run and maintain the league.   Currently Youth and Coed League fees are yet to be determined, but should be closely in line with our Adult Male offering fees or less.

5.  Remember you are playing at your own risk!  You will also be required to sign a waiver absolving TAFFL, MOC Sports, and the playing venue of any monetary damages resulting from injury.

6.  Registration types for TAFFL include team and individual options, youth, and coed.  If you register as an individual you will be placed in a pool of other individually registered players.  In which case you may be "drafted" by a team in need of players or in seasons past, individual registrants have made up entire teams.
