Challenge Leader Board

Think you got what it takes to challenge the Resident Oddzmaker and NOW Mr. P.T., as well as the rest of TAFFL in picking the winner and spreads of each game each week.  If so, a running point total (for wins) per challenge each week for each player vs. the R.O., Mr. P.T., and all other entrants will be kept throughout the season.  The participant with the most points at the end of the regular season will win a Prize!
 

How to Play:
Just pick the game(s) you want to analyze and provide what you think the LINE will be (clearly stating who you think will win the game and by how many points.)  If you pick the team and the spread correctly you will receive 1 point.  The more games played the more points available. 
Correctly PICK ALL 12 GAME Winners and spreads CORRECTLY AND RECEIVE 5 BONUS POINTS.  NOTE: Just picking all winners, without picking all correct spreads, will not result in bonus points.  PICK THE EXACT SCORE AND RECEIVE 10 BONUS POINTS (PER GAME)

Rules:
1. You may AND should choose to analyze more than one game.  You must submit your first game, before choosing another.
2. Wins and Losses for ¡Challenge! will be determined by the lines alone. Your picked team(s) MUST cover your spread. (Submissions are due by each Sunday before the first game starts - submissions are time stamped)
3. Although providing a score is optional for bonus points, spreads and scores should not be so lopsided that regardless of the points or the spread you create the unfair advantage of 'always guessing correctly'.  For example, you will not be given bonus credit for a spread of Team A by 3 yet your score reflects Team A over Team B 33-3.  In the past some players have manipulated the system, to create a situation in which all their spreads reflect a 'better' team winning by 1.  In other words, if you think a team will be blown out in your spreads, then your score should reflect at least a minimum ±5-10 pts of that spread.  FOR EXAMPLE:  You could say Team A will Beat Team B by 10 points.  However, your score could legally show a 20 point margin, i.e. 34 - 14 and you will still receive credit.  Your spread of 10 was satisfied and you could potentially add +10 more points (not to the spread but to the score), making the 20 point score margin a valid submission.  Submissions that don't follow these guidelines will not be accepted.  It is at the sole discretion of the Challenge Committee to notify you of an invalid submission, so please check your scores and spreads carefully.  However you should also be mindful if your picks have not been submitted within 12-24 hours of submission, you should either resubmit, email your picks to the Front Office, or call 919.337.3538.
